I completed my Masters of Arts in Psychology – Clinical Counseling at The Citadel Graduate College in 2008 and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (License No. 7645). My theoretical approach is primarily Cognitive-Behavioral and Family Systems oriented, but I often integrate other approaches into my work with patients. I primarily work with adolescents, teens, adults, and families.

I believe in the connection between our minds and bodies. The essence of taking care of ourselves involves processing emotion in a healthy way.  Therapy can be the best tool to help restore the balance between our minds and bodies. It is a great privilege for me to come along side those who are struggling to help work through emotional issues to begin the healing process.
